WHAT DO WE OFFER?

THERAPY: We offer individual, couple and family therapy sessions. We adopt a trauma-informed approach, providing a safe and respectful space to work through your difficulties.

COACHING: We offer coaching on issues related to lifestyle, nutrition and family life.

Our therapy sessions are usually conducted online or in-person at our private therapy space. Coaching can be conducted the same way, or at a mutually-agreed location that best serves the needs of the session.

HOW MUCH DOES THERAPY OR COACHING COST?

Individual session: $180/session

Couple or family session: minimum of $220/session. Further costs will be discussed as the need arises.

Session duration ranges between 1hr and 1.5hr.

HOW DO I START WITH THE THERAPY OR COACHING PROCESS?

Reach out to us via our “Get In Touch” page. We will conduct an initial free 15-min voice call via WhatsApp to determine if our service fits your needs, before deciding on the first paid appointment.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU ATTEND THERAPY OR COACHING SESSIONS?

Typically during the first session, we will discuss your needs and reason for seeking therapy or coaching, in order for us to understand the context of your difficulties. We will also set goals collaboratively so as to work towards the outcomes that you wish for yourself.

Do bring with you a commitment to attend sessions punctually, with an openness to self-reflection and change. Also, a willingness to apply learned strategies in daily life for optimal results.

Depending on your therapy or coaching goals, you can expect to make improvements in your mental clarity, decision-making, emotional regulation, lifestyle habits, relationships or your approach to life’s challenges.
